    Question:
I have an Model 10530SBE, Product # 96195000101 unfortunately I bent (really bent) the Auger LH while snow blowing and I need to replace the Auger in question. My question is how do you get the Auger blade off the shaft? The auger housing does not come off from the side so there has to be a well kept reason for this. Could you tell me how I get the auger off so I can replace it? I appreciate any information you can supply.

You're going need to disassemble the auger assembly.  The following workshop manual should explain what you will need to do. Sorry it a lot work just to get it out and in. Repair index 7.63 - 7.65

More info  than I really expected but I do appreciate the manual and I agree its a lot more work than I anticipated.  I looked at it and wondered why the sides of the Auger didn't just use bolts instead of welds.  Been a lot easier to remove the blades!!!!  Thanks again for the information.
