    I am writing because I am frustrated with the Husqvarna snow blower that I purchased 2 years ago. I had a generic snowblower for 18 years and have only had to have it in the shop 2 times to have some work on it but since it was getting old I thought I would buy a brand name snow blower that would be more reliable. I have only had it for two years which have been mild years so I have probably only used the blower 6 or 8 times. This December when I went to use it the auger would not eject the snow. I took it in to Lowes where I bought it and it has been over a month since I took it in and I have been told that the Husqvarna part that they need is on back order. We have had two snowfalls since and I have had to borrow my sons blower and it has been very frustrating.

    I was trying to find a customer service number but this is all I could find. I had better operations out of an old Murray snowblower than I am getting out of a new Husqvarna and it has been really frustrating.
