Question:
Purchase a trimmer and finally got around to registering the product. I tried earlier today for this product 128LD Serial #11300N101187. System had issue and would not accept.
When I tried a short time ago, a different error came up.
Want to make sure this product is registered.

i am having the same issue, seems the registration portion of the website is down, i have been tring to resister my product for three days.

I am having the same problem. Registration will not accept product 350BT.
The other people who have submitted queries don't seem to have gotten answers? They submitted theirs in 2012

This is my third Husqvarna chain saw. I would certainly expect a reply from customer support regarding why I cannot register my new 562 chain saw. All information has been entered, refuses too register. Many other users have the same difficulty but I see NO replies from customer support in response to questions asked. What is wrong with you people? Rude or just don't care?
