Same thing is happening to me with my blower and trimmer I just bought. Very frustrating! Does Husqvarna even care?? Would be nice to get the extended warranty coverage. Guess this was just a scam to get me to purchase the pre-mixed fuel at Lowe's.
It looks like this has been occurring all month and I do not see any response from Husqvarna to address it or resolve it. It is frustrating that there is no voice or email contact option. I love the equipment, but this is poor customer service. Please let me know if any of you have heard from the company or arrived at a solution since posting.
I am having the same issue I tried to register my 570BTS blower yesterday and today on two different computers/browsers. Both times I receive the null error. I also purchased the fuel for the extended warranty. Hope they find a fix for this soon.
March 4, 2017 and STILL NO JOY with product registration website.
I checked my calendar to verify it is 2017, not 2001. It does appear that I am in the year 2017, but regrettably I've been wrong before.
My situation -- Proof of online product registration required for a $50 rebate. Their alternate method for product registration states I need to provide a copy of the physical "registered warranty card". No physical warranty card was provided with the product nor can I located such a warranty card online.
I just double-checked the calendar and it appears to still be 2017.
March 6 -- Gave up on the Product Registration website and called Customer Service (tel: 800-448-7543) on March 6. They registered product over the phone and within 2 hours I had email proof of the registration. Apologies were extended to me since they are quite aware their website is not working properly.
March 7 -- Since no customer service email address for Husky anywhere, I filled out a form as an "interested dealer" and explained problem with Product Registration. Below is the reply (received within 8 hours) -- The link goes to the Husqvarna "construction" website, not "garden" website. I haven't confirmed if this works. The phone call was a sure-thing.

Yes, unable to complete registration online, null message. Have a new ST227P that I would like to register.

Try calling husky at 800-448-7543. They aknoledged they are having an issue with the web site. they were very helpful.
