    Question:
I have purchased new and installed a 230 ACX automower. It has worked well for 4 weeks. However, it started to 'miss' its charging base and continues to try to link itself around 2 feet to the left of the base. It does this until it runs out of battery. I have tried moving the base to a new location and installing guide wires. Same thing. Tries to connect 2 feet to the left. I have also reset the more - same affect. Is this a problem with the base or the mower. How do I get this fixed?

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting you have experienced this failure. One of the things I suggest you look at is the base, the actual part the mower sits on. When this is installed it must be flat, no curve or form in it. If the base was set down on ground that was not flat it can damage the antenna in the base. There are two antennas in the base station that produce two different signals. This sounds like the "N" field has been disrupted. This would be from damage to the base such as someone stepping on the base or the base was not placed on flat ground and has bent.

Your local authorized Automower / Husqvarna dealer should be able to service this mower for you.
