Question:
My new HU800HW has an intermittent vibration/rattle/noise that seems to get worse (louder) as you tilt it back and lift the front wheels off the ground to turn. I have not been able to figure out what it is. It makes the noise whether or not the transmission is engaged. Anything in particular that I can check myself?

It is upsetting that you have experienced a failure like this on your new mower.
The best suggestion I have is to take to the local authorized service center and asked them to inspect the mower to determine why the unit is vibrating.
