    Question:
    I have tries several time from different computers to try and register my 128CD trimmer and fuel to get the 4 year warranty. When entering the warranty information I get an error that "Product is Mandatory". I cannot register my trimmer, any suggestions?

      I have tried also same thing. I hope my mower runs better then customer service and websites. Been trying for 3 days now called in 3 times finally got it registered.800-487-5951.  Bad customer Experience .

      Thank you Jeff Young for your answer. I received no customer service at my Husqvarna dealer. No invoice(returned today to get one), no owners manual, no information on registring my mower for warranty purposes. I called the number you posted but it says my call is not accepted at this time. I hope they have just gone home for the night. I'll try again tomorrow.
