    APP disconnected--GPS out ? 450x Automower
    Details:

    Is anyone having trouble with the automower app in the last few days? I have not been able to connect to my Automower in the last few days (Disconnected). The GPS  Signal on the mower is not even showing.

    Maybe I will power the mower off then back on...

      a RERACK (switched off them back on after a minute) of the power button..... worked - GPS  restored  :)

      Having the same problem with my 450X robot mower, the app is saying 'disconnected', haven't had this problem before. Can anyone help ? I've tried turning off and on but no joy.

      I am having the same issue for the first time today with my 450X. Before today I have not had any connection issues, the app was working perfectly. Since roughly 3:30 CDT today my app has just said "Disconnected". I also noticed that the mower screen has an "X" near what looks like a cell signal icon. Second icon after the GPS icon. This icon doesn't seem to be in the manual.

      I did also try to turn the mower off, wait, and back on again multiple times. As well as rebooted my phone several times. No luck.

        I didn't notice a 'x' by the battery icon but I fiddled with the settings, tried to 'unpair' devices etc which it wouldn't do, switched it off and on etc and left it but that didn't work... then suddenly it was all back to normal, but not sure what I did to fix it so not much help I'm afraid.

        Having the same issue for a couple of weeks now, with two new units refusing to pair.  I have full bars on the display, but the X is there that you pointed out.

        Some may comment on this being a zombie thread, but based on the number of views, others continue to experience the same problems.  Husqvarna, please resolve the communications issues.  Thanks.

      I have two 450X's running and the same thing happened here about the same time (4:30 EDT).  Contacted the dealer who SMS'd the following:  'Something with the system that they're updating I believe.  Should fix itself in a day or so.  That's how it's worked with several others so far.'

      Quite unhandy in monitoring their activity especially when, they are not visible and need hunted down.

      I'm having the same issue! Started yesterday 6/21/17. Tried everything, reseting app, resetting mower, and of course I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and would like to monitor my mower. Is thee any new info in this?

      I'm also having the same issue! Started yesterday 21.6.17. Tried, reseting app, reset mower, pair new device but no luck. I have an automower 440.

      I called Husqvarna customer service and they were no help. The woman wanted to have me go to to my local dealer but it told her it was most likely a network issue and there was no way they would be able to help me. She took down my number and said someone who deals with the automower would call me. Still haven't received a call. The mower is still following its schedule and mowing at least. I also have the little x by the cell symbol.

      Same issue here. Started around 11am MDT yesterday (22 June 2017). And, yes, my experience with Husqvarna customer service (phone) here in the US is not good. I actually had better luck with contacting them through their Facebook account with a public posting. I'll do so again and link in this thread to make them aware.

      Well, guys I have had my mower off (Parked) for the last few days due to the Big storm that came thru the Houston area. Mower has been parked in His Garage...I will go out and put him to work...Also check the Bars..... 

      Must be fixed..I have FULL BARS.....:)

      Hey guys,

      Sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. We have identified the mobile app showing a disconnect error and at the mowers HMI-interface a ‘x’ is displayed at the GMS bars. In some cases, it is possible to get the service work again by toggling the Automower Connect function in the HMI-menu (This works in 70% of the cases).

      We are currently using all possible resources to solve the issue. More information to come when available. Thanks for your patience.

        Hello,

        Thanks, this also solved the issue for me.

        Any thing you can share with us why this happened?

        As long as I'm at home I'm able to correct this, but away from home it's more difficult to fix.

        Not good enough Husqvarna. This automower cost GB £3100.00. It's now happened again, saying 'Disconnected'. Please sort this out.

      Thank you, Husqvarna. That worked for me. I used the menus to disable "Automower Connect", waited awhile, then re-enabled it and my mower is now showing up as it should in the app. Thanks again.

      This worked for me as well, with one extra step, I had to start setting up a new pairing before mine came back. Or I was just too impatient. I am connected again. Thank you Husqvarna.
