Question:

I have model # 9611400719 I can't find the throttle cable or stop cable part # to replace it. I also need the paper work for my mower. I bought it at Wal mart with out any papers.

The Product ID you gave is missing a digit.

Any of the respective authorized service dealers can order the parts or perform repairs on the mower but they will need all 11 digits of the Product ID.
