Question:

I recently purchased a RZ4623 from lowes and ordered a bagger on-line. It came, but when I went to install the holes do not match for the main bracket. The bagger I purchased is part number 966-00-41-01 which the Husqvarna website recommended as being the proper bagger. Please let me know what bagger is correct for the mower.

Sorry you are having issues with the bagger/collection system on your RZ4623.

In 2009, there was a frame redesign on the RZ mowers. With an new mower frame the collection system changed also.

What is the serial number on your mower? Does it start out 07 or 08 or 09 or 10 ?

07 meaning mower manufactured 2007, 08 meaning mower manufactured in 2008, 09 meaning mower manufactured in 2009, 10 meaning mower manufactured 2010

If the serial number starts out 07 or 08---the part number for the bagger/collection system is 968999746

If the serial number starts up 09, 10, or 11---the part number for the bagger/collection system is 966004101

If you have the correct bagger/collection system for the correct year, assembly may be an issue. Sometimes assembly of baggers/collections systems can be difficult.

Please contact an authorized Husqvarna dealer in your area for assistance.
