    Question:
Very disappointed that I picked up a new tiller at Sears on October 14, 2011 and the hardware package was not included in the sealed back with the owner's manual. Called Sears on October 15th to order package. Package isn't listed as an item. Had to go through the parts list with rep on the phone for half and hour to be sure we had all the parts to order. It is now November 10th and I've only received 4 of the 5 sets of parts I need to be able to use the tiller. Keep getting the run around from Sears. Cannot contact Husqvarna because they refer you back to the dealer. Not happy and if I do not get the parts shortly, will return the tiller and get another brand. Can anyone suggest where else I can pick up the two bolts I'm missing for the handle????

Hi and thanks for using the Answer Army to post you questions and comments

Sears supports there own product. I am providing a contact number that should help resolve your parts problem 1-800-349-4358 or you can use our customer service line at 800-487-5951

I hope this helps, and thanks again for using the Answer Army.

I also bought a Husqvarna FT900 at Sears. I didn't notice when I bought it that the box was marked Craftsman on it and inside it was a Husqvarna tiller but had Craftsman manual and hardware. To remedy they just gave me $10 to buy hardware and printed me out a manual on computer paper. I would like to know how to contact Husqvarna to get the right manual and hardware. When I went to Husqvarna website and typed in the product number or the model number it just says there is no match. The only way to get a manual is to put in FT900 and that doesn't even list the right hardware that I need for my machine. My product number is 917.250090 and the model # is 25009. Does the product number sound like a craftsman number? Can anybody help me?

      Thanks in advance.
