    Problem:
    The chainsaw runs fine, but is not performing as expected.
    Cause:
    Wrong application. The customer is using the wrong unit for the task at hand and customers expectations are not being met.
    Steps:
    • Step 1
      If the unit is running properly as described in the operators manual however seems to not perform as expected it is possible that the customer has purchased a unit that is designed for smaller tasks.
    • Step 2
      Make sure that the unit that the customer is purchasing is the right size and model for the task that the customer will be using the unit for most often.

      Or you have a very dull chain......or...the rakers need a bit of filing......or (and this isn't meant as a joke...Have actually seen it happen)...some hockey puck put the chain on backwards when they re-assembled it.....
