    Question:
I just bought a Husqvarna RZ3016 (zero turn riding mower). It was just delivered to my house 2 days ago, on Friday, June 4th. Today, June 6th, I finally had time to go out and try it out. I can't get it to start, despite doing EVERYTHING the booklit, and quickstart guide has said for me to do. It's not even trying to start-totally dead.
Can someone call me or something to help me figure out why this beautiful mower won't start?
    Thanks !!

    Dear Dan,

Thanks for contacting us at Answer Army, it's most likely a battery problem if the mover is totally dead and wont even turn over, could also be a bad connection. But to determine the exact problem it would be best to have the unit evaluated by an authorized service tech.  I've included a link below to a dealer locator.

Being that your unit is so new, Husqvarna can arrange to have it picked up and taken to have warranty work performed, make sure you have your proof of purchase.
