    Question:
I am very unhappy with my Husqvarna Model GTH27V52LS tractor. From the first day that I purchased it when the gas line broke and covered the mowing deck and my lawn with gasoline...which I paid for repairs out of my pocket. Too the noise that it has been making that the dealer stated that it will be recalled because of the drive belt is hitting the steer wheel rod and wearing a grove in it(over two years now).... Never heard from Husquvarna...dealer stated that it sould be recalled and cannot find an email address to contact Husqvarna. Now there is a noise and a serious vibration when driving... The heavy duty moving deck is too low, too heavy and there is very little ground clearance. I believe that this model was poorly engineered. Would like some one from Husqvarna to contact me........ Sorry that I had to post this but it may be the only way that someone will contact me.

     Ron,

Hi and thanks for using the Answer Army to post your questions.

There was a recall on the fuel line for the tractor. The dealer should not have charged you for this repair. There are no other recalls on the GTH27V52LS. The dealer you are using does not sound like an authorized Husqvarna Dealer. The vibration you are talking about sounds like a bearing in the clutch pedal. This is also an easy fix that can be preformed by an authorized technician.

Authorized dealers have a direct phone line to call in with any questions or concerns to our . I would highly recommend using an authorized dealer for repairs. You can follow this link to find a Husqvarna service center in your area that can repair your machine and file it under a warranty claim. /images/us/homeowner/dealers/dealer-locator/

Thanks again for contacting us regarding your machine.

You have made contact with us previously regarding the transmission specifications and tire diameter. I suspected that you have a blown transmission and are currently trying to find a someone to replace your transmission at no cost to you. This post confirms that suspicion, you have used your machine for uses other than the manufacture recommends. That machine can only withstand 750lbs rolling weight and you admitted to moving a boat with your lawn tractor. Unless it is a super light boat with a feather light trailer you have gone over the allowed weight rating for that machine.

I have sent a copy of this entire post to our Legal Department regarding your threat to escalate this up to the Attorney General of NY. and the misuse of the tractor in question.

    Have a blessed day.
