    I just purchased the 48" Husqvarna Snow Blade for my Husqvarna Tractor. It was shipped missing parts (Minor hex bolts, washers, hex nuts and clips) I contacted the customer support # on the web page and got sent over to Dixie Sales. They said the parts are over the Cap of what is covered under warranty and asked me to take it back and order another one? The escalation # is 92904766
    I just want the parts that were supposed to come in the box so I can put my blade together and be done with it. Its a few dollars in parts and this whole thing can be done with. Why cant this just be done rather than wasting MY Time and the shipping costs the dealer would have to pay.

    Hi Scott,

    Thank you for contacting Husqvarna. Sorry your having trouble with your snow plow. We do not manufacture these accessories, that is why Dixie Sales could not get the parts for you. If it were a Husqvarna product that we manufactured then we would have the parts to ship to you.You do have three options 1) take it back from where you bought it and exchange it for another plow. 2) Go to a dealer for them to order the missing parts for you. 3) Contact the manufacturer direct ( their number should have been in your owners manual) 1-800-448-9282. They are usually pretty good about getting missing hardware bags out @ no charge to you.

      Good question.  I find the Husqvarna website is useless when trying to obtain missing parts. as is the case for a new blower I just bought.  Most companies just ship what is missing and that's it, simple!  Customer service isn't what it used to be!  Only advice I can find is to go to a local service dealer and they will obtain the parts under warranty.  I had it shipped for a reason, now I have to drive somewhere to get the parts needed to operate the unit.  Waste of time, gas, and money for me.
