    Question:
I just purchased a RZ3016. With the mower deck raised to its highest, it cuts about 3-1/2". The claimed maximum cut is about 4-1/2". Is there an adjustment to raise the cutting height? Larry

Thank you for your questions in Answer Army.  The mower deck is adjustable and usually set up at the place of purchase.  Most retailers set the decks to average heights according to their customer base.  Please find under the Maintenance section of your Owner’s Manual for complete deck adjustment procedures.  Below you will find short instructions and an image of the adjustable nut.  Also, please find the link to the Owner’s Manual.

    Leveling deck

    1. Position the mower on a level, preferably concrete surface.

    2. Check the pressure in all four tires. See “Technical Data” section.

    3. Rotate blade to align side to side.

    4. Turn front adjuster nut(s) to level deck side to side.
