Ignition coil gap is .012
Compression should be at least 100 pounds to even start, it will not run properly at that amount though. On a "broken in" machine 150 would be perfect. Unfortunately due to the EPA regulations I can not legally post the carburetor settings or even how the adjust them. There is a hefty fine for giving this information out. You would need to have an authorized service technician do that adjustment.
