    Question:
I purchased a FL25C weedeater string timmer 10/11 and the rope now will not come out far enough to start the engine. It appears to be locking or hanging. Occasionally after pulling time after time the rope will come out far enougth to start the engine. I had this same thing happen to one I bought in the spring of 2011 after using it for the summer so I junked it and bought this one.

    Charlene,

Thank you for contacting Husqvarna. I have just read your post and the best thing you can do if you are having problems with your trimmer is to take it to your local dealer to have it corrected. The problem may be as simple as re stringing the rope or rewinding the spring. If you can, take it to a dealer and have them take a look at it. If they have any problems with it, they have our phone number and can call us for assistance.

    Thanks again for contacting Husqvarna.
