    Question:
    In the parts bag for my EA850 Husky edger attachment was a part (#5370425E)that is not shown anywhere in the manual, nor does it have any visible place on the edger. The hook strap part comes with a square-headed bolt and wing nut. It appears to be the type of bracket that would be used on a trimmer shield to attach it to a shaft, something not used on the edger. Any idea what it is for?

     Hi James,

    That part is the bracket used to hold the handle onto the shaft. It may have been placed in your attachment bag accidentally. It would have been supplied if you had bought an edger complete not just the attachment piece. Hope this helps.
