    Question:
I just bought a Husqvarna 128 DJx last weekend from Tractor Supply Company. I was in a bind and needed something that would accept a metal blade. The unit I purchased was advertised as a "brush cutter" and came with a metal grass blade.

However...when I went to purchase a metal saw blade this week, I noted that the center hole in the saw blade was 20mm, while the center hole in the grass blade was 1-inch in diameter.

Will the 128 DJx accept a saw blade? If not, why? If yes, what is the part number of the corresponding blade?

    Earl,

    Thank you for your questions.

We can not recommend putting a regular saw blade on one of these machines due to speed differences between the 2 blades. It would not be safe to do so. With that said I can only recommend going to another Husqvarna retailer and finding the blade that came with the machine.

    Thanks again and be safe.
