    Question:
I've asked twice now via your website concerning my new Husqvarna trimmer 128CD. I still haven't received an answer. Since I first started it, it has a horrible sound from the engine as if there were no beairings in it. All I want to know is if this is a normal sound??????
It works great but I don't want a piston flying out at me down the road.
I bought it at Lowe's but I don't feel they have anyone with the knowledge to recognize and tell me if this is normal.

Thank you for contacting Answer Army.  It sounds like you may have some kind of internal issue.  Is this sound creating any abnormal vibration or does the sound get louder when increasing the throttle?  If so, then there may be some kind of internal issue.  Without experiencing the sound then it is hard to troubleshoot.  Please let us know the answers to these questions and we will get back with you.

Thanks again for using Answer Army.
