Question:
I have a Husqvarna 230 ACX and I read that they sell an "Automower GPS & SMS Upgrade Kit" that allows you to control your mower remotely and also track it if it is stolen. Is this only for the European and Canadian market or will this work in the United States. Second question is that they sell a model 260 ACX which can handle larger areas better and comes equipted with this GPS/SMS option is this also not sold in the US?

Hi Keith,
Yes there is an upgrade kit available if your mower is a 2007 and newer model. You would need to get to a dealer to have it and all the necessary software installed. As they have access to the necessary upgrades needed before the install can be performed. The 260 ACX is tentatively scheduled for arrival here in the states in 2013. Hope this helps.
