    Question:
The 3rd time I used my brand new WE261 mower I managed to have a collission with an obsticle that resulted in damage to the deck lift assy.(part#429395)I just recieved the new part from Sears direct and here's the problem.
The new part was shown complete in the owners manual including hand grip and thumb actuated push button. The part I recieved had no grip, push button.spring, actuator rod or locking pin. There does not seem to be any way to remove the the actuator rod and locking pin from the old part to place in the new part. Also nobody seems to have a drawing of these parts or much less part numbers.I'm concerned that even if I cound get these items they can't be assembled in the handle assy.after it has been welded to the mounting brackets.I bet that part #429395 should come with all pieces included. What now???? Oh! and there are no service centers in Wyoming that will work on this machine.

    Dan,

Thanks for contacting Answer Army.  After looking at the IPL on the website, I noticed that the part number for the deck lever only is 532429395.  The push button, grip, bolts, and locking pin are sold separately.  To find the part numbers for these parts, then please look below.  Also attached is the most recent parts breakdown that shows these parts.  I will contact our consumer services team and alert them of your message regarding the service centers.  I'm sure they will be able to find a servicing dealers if you need any assistance.

Thank you again for using Answer Army!

Thanks again for the responce,I have contacted Sear's direct and they don't recognize the part numbers you supplied. They have filled a reserch request with a ref# 150526. For god's sake guy's woould not it be better to supply this part in a COMPLETE assembly??? So I could just bolt in on, make the level adjustment and go cut some *** grass?
