Now I am having trouible starting it. Why do people like you sale such crap, then you feed us even more crap about how much you care about the people who have purchased your stuff. The only thing you care about is how much mony you can get from us. Welcome to America and the American way. Promise your customers everything and give them nothing, all at a price. Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting that you have had these experiences.

I am glad the transmission was able to be repaired for you. As for the starting this could be an engine related failure ( Briggs and Stratton ) or something to do with the mower itself.

I would suggest that you take the mower to your local authorized Weedeater service center to have the unit inspected. If they are not also the engine service center they should be able to determine if the problem is with the engine or the mower itself. If the problem is with the mower I am sure the service center will be able to make all the necessary repairs. If not with the mower they should also be able to advise you of this and then would need to contact a Briggs and Stratton dealer if the Weedeater service center is not also a Briggs and Stratton dealer.

To find your nearest Weedeater service center please use the dealer locator on the website: http://www.weedeater.com
