    Question:
    When using the WeedEater One mower...the mechanism to hold the cutting height in place slips out and changes height while I am mowing....how can I adjust this to stay in place?

    It is upsetting that you have experienced this failure.

    The height control arm rides beside a gate. The know on top pushes a cable and in turn pushes a barrel down to disengage from the gate. My concern is that something has happened to the gate or to the height control arm. At this I would recommend that you take the mower to your local authorized WeedEater service center for inspection and repair.

      Have had same problem, System seems poorly, or possibly over designed.
