Hoyet,
Thanks for contacting Husqvarna to post your questions.
After the circlip is removed and the drive gear is off of the shaft the dust cover pulls right off of the shaft as well.
There is a pin that the gear aligns on in the end of the axle that needs to come out to get the gear off.
I hope this helps and thanks again.
Sorry not the answer i need. check my notes and picture below.
Hello, is anyone out there? I still can't get the dog clutch off the shaft to get the dust cover on. Click on the picture below to see the clutch.
Click on the photo link above to see wheel disassembled.

Thanks for the question.
I am sending the illustrated parts list with step by step instructions on how to remove and reinstall. Hope this helps you. If can not get off then something else must be wrong. Youwill need to take to a dealer then. Remember use some spray white lith. grease to lube the gear and wheel. Also lube the other side while you are doing this side.
Thanks and have a great day
I am having the exact sampe problem.
Can you send the illustrated parts list with step by step instructions on how to remove and reinstall, to me as well?
Thanks,
Don
