I am trying to register for my extended warranty, but no fields appear on the page that I am linked to. I tried it on both Chrome and Safari.

Is there something wrong with your site?

I'm having the same trouble, no fields appear, using Windows 8.1. I haven't yet found where to email someone to get an answer. Guess I'll have to call.
