We have a 700DRT tiller and the engine will fire up and run for about 2 seconds then kills.
Details:
We have cleaned the carb, verified the spark, changed out the gas, checked all lines for leaks and nothing has made an improvement, any ideas on where else to go?
Recheck the carburetor fuel bowl bolt/main jet for clogging. Small hole down the center of the bolt is the main jet for the carburetor and can easily clog with trash or old fuel. Don't enlarge it size as it controls how much fuel is mix with the air. Also the float needle seat as these will swell close if carburetor cleaner are used on the rubber seat.
