    Is the vacuum bag covered bby the warranty? The zipper on...Answeredescalated

    Question:
    Is the vacuum bag covered bby the warranty? The zipper on the bag gave way while I was vacuuming up some leave and grass.
    The zipper separated and I cannot get is back together.

    Hi and thanks for using the Answer Army to post your question.

    The short answer is yes, if the bag came with the machine then it retains the same 2 year manufacture warranty. Example Model BVM200VS Blower/Vac, since it came with a bag the bag is covered as long as it's a manufacture defect. If lets say you sat the machine with a hot exhaust on the bag and it melted then no. Example 2, If you buy a tractor and a bagging kit separately then the bagger would only have a 30 day warranty because it did not come as OEM (Original Equipment)

    Your best bet is to contact our customer service line at 1-800-487-5951 to get the replacement part ordered.
