    we purchased a weedeater one for our church less than a year...Answeredescalated

    Question:
    we purchased a weedeater one for our church less than a year ago and it no longer shifts into gear...is this covered in the warranty and where do we go for repairs? We are located in Houston, Tx.

    The Weed Eater One, has a two year consumer warranty.

    Per the warranty statement this unit does not have a commercial warranty. (Church, school, business are all commercial warranty)

    "4. The Warranty does not apply to any products used for rental or commercial purposes.".

    I would encourage that you contact the local Weed Eater service center for any repairs.
