    Question:
I purchased a Zero Turn RZ4623. This unit was purchased new yesterday and I noticed a couple of scrapes on the pain in the front down to the bare metal. Do you have a paint touch up paint?

In addition when it was delivered it would not start. The delivery person never had a clue... I discovered the fuses were missing and the seat safety switch was left unhooked..This leads me to think the safety checklist (Which indicated by check marks) was not completed....I had a couple of fuses but would like spare set.. Can you ship me a set of fuses?

Thank you for contacting Answer ARMY.

First off I would encourage that you contact the place of purchase and explain what you found, also it is upsetting that the unit was delivered with the seat switch disconnected. If this were purchased at a mass merchant you should contact them to inform them as well as make arrangements with the local Husqvarna authorized service center to have the machine put through PDI. If this were purchased from a sales and servicing Husqvarna dealer then you should contact them as well. It is the Husqvarna sales and servicing dealers responsibility to make sure the equipment is setup correctly before delivered to the end user.

We do offer touch up spray paint the local sales and service center will have the part number and may have it in-stock. We have no way to send parts to non dealers. I would encourage that you contact the local servicing dealer, explain the situation, the servicing dealer can file a claim for the missing fuses.
