    I recently bought the pp4218avx, and registered it on your website. Will i receive a the carrying case that goes along with it?

    Hi Damian,

    Anyone who registers a Poulan Pro PP4218AVX that was purchased at The Home Depot will receive a FREE chainsaw carrying case.  Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.  Note:  you must have a valid serial number (submitted during registration).

    Please contact 877.257.6917 if you haven't received your case within eight weeks.  Thanks!

      I also purchased the PP4218AVX.  The number you gave does not work unless you have the Home Depot Store I.D.  When you fail to enter a store ID (i'm a consumer not a store employee) it gives another number that leads back to Poulan customer service....Poulan customer service can only refer me to this website.  It has been 8 weeks+ and no case...Please help!

        This has been the biggest fiasco.  I doubt seriously that I will ever see the "free" case.....
