    Why can't service centers get the the 532436144...Answeredescalated

    Why can't service centers get the the 532436144 transaxle service kit?
    Details:

    The service center who has my Weedeater One cannot find anyone in the Husqvarna parts distribution system who has or can get the 532436144 transaxle service kit. Please send me a good contact phone number he can call to get the part. Nobody at the numbers on the Weedeater web site can tell him where he can get it.

    A second Husqvarna dealer who I checked with called the parts distributor. The distributor said the transaxle is not available. How am I supposed to get my broken WE One fixed under warranty when the service centers can't the parts from Husqvarna? The transaxles are obviously being built because retailers have the WE Smart One which uses the same transaxle.

    It appears Husqvarna does not want to acknowledge there is a problem with the transaxle and is hoping I will just go away.

    It is upsetting that you have experienced that problem. However we have the transmissions in stock currently for immediate delivery both to HUSQVARNA branded dealers as well as consumer branded distributors. The dealers you are working with maybe ordering from a distributor and I can not answer to their inventory levels.

    Any HUSQVARNA branded dealer can order this part direct from us. Please ask your dealer to review parts availablity. If this is a non HUSQVANA branded dealer such as a WEEDEATER or POULAN dealer they would have to order the part from a distributor. The distributors do have the ability to order parts on a rush if they do not have them in inventory.

      Then why does the parts distributor say it is not available?

      The first problem I encountered is out of the 10 or service centers in my area listed on your web site only one will do warranty work on Weedeater. He said he spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to locate the transmission with no luck.

      Can you tell me of a Husqvarna branded dealer or service center in the Nampa, Idaho area who will do warranty work on the Weedeater One? Or do I have to call everyone listed on the web site again?

      I tell you, at this point my experience tells me Weedeater warranty service is almost non-existent. Please give me concrete information I can use to talk to the service center and this problem solved. Many, if not most, of the service centers listed will do do work on Weedeater products, but will not do warranty work. I shouldn't have to pay $300 to buy the part to fix my mower.
