    Question:
I bought a weedeater one and I have had a lot of trouble, 1st the steering went out (after 4 hours), I ordered a new part (long wait)and repaired it, next the drive started making a lot of noise, grinding?? and clicking in forward only, reverse is fine.I parked it so I would not make it worse!!!
    What is wrong???

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting that you have experienced this concern. I have no way to diagnose the unit with out inspecting it. Please take the mower to a local authorized WeedEater service center for inspection and and repairs.

You can find your local Weed Eater dealers for sales and service as well as manuals and a place to order parts using the link provided http://www.weedeater.com choose the appropriate link at the bottom of the page.

Service Locator  (Canadian customers use postal code no spacing)
    Contact Us
    Download Manuals (Operator's and IPL's)
Order Parts (This is a third party company not Weed Eater)  or can contact local dealer.

Your local dealer is your best and fastest source of information.

All repairs for warranty consideration must be evaluated and completed by an authorized Weed Eater service center. If determined to be warranty the repairs will be completed by the servicing dealer, the servicing dealer will file the necessary claims. If not warranty the dealer should provide an estimate or quote for the required repairs.
