    Question:
    Hello,
We purchased a Husqvarna HVT52 Hovering Trimmer this week from Pile Hardware in Charleston WV. We have 3 problems: 1. How do we get our employees to use the hovering trimmer? 2. How do we get the HVT52 hovering trimmer to mow at 3". The trimmer is setup to cut at the highest and the cut is close to the ground. How do we know if the engine is running fast enough to lift the mower? 3. Can the trimmer be hung from the wall by its handle? Note that the trimmer has only been used about 10 minutes and it does not interest any of out employees or associates. We need help. Also The drawings of the height set up are poor in the literature as is the description.
    Thank you,
    Jack L Workman

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

The height adjustment is covered in the operators manual, for moving the cutter disk closer to the fan.

The engine should be set to run in the full throttle position. The mower is not designed to raise further off the ground but to just barely float.

A test of this is to start the unit over clean smooth concrete or pavement, if the unit floats then the engine should be turning at the correct RPM. This can also be checked by your local authorized service center with a tachometer.

I can not answer how you motivate someone to use the mower.
