It appears that Husqvarna is now shipping bars without the greasable tip; instead depending normal bar and chain oiling to do the job of lubing the tip.
Personally I ran chainsaws for years cutting several cords every year without ever knowing about greasing the tip sprockets. I only found out this after I started working professionally on chainsaws in general so you should be good without having to grease the sprocket tip.
