It ejected the blade out of the side of the mower. It is under warranty. How can I get a replacement part, or get my mower fixed?

I've left it plugged in to charge for well over the recommended 24 hours. The electric start does not work. It runs when I pull start. But, since buying it just a few weeks ago, the electric keystart has never worked!

I've got a Poulon PR624ES snow blower that does a great job for me BUT I have a question. I was supplied with the manual # 580 53 10-27 REV.3 and on page 13 it shows that there are supposed to be 2 Auger grease fitting but when I'm going through the actual auger shaft there isn't any grease zerks to grease. Is the diagram an error for this model or how can I grease this? I called the Husqvarna Hot Line also and he was stumped on this one also, for he didn't see any grease zerks on the shaft also. thanks for your help, Paul Poeppelman - Warranty Question posted September 3, 2013 by David NeumanQuestion:I purchased a poulan lawn mover model PR25Y22RKP 3 years ago, and the rear wheel broke off this past weekend. I noticed the other side is also cracked and ready to come off. The plastic splines on the inside of the wheel assembly must become weak after a period of time. I noticed on the internet that this has happened to other user with the same model. I know this mover is out of warranty by a year, but this seems to me to be a design flaw. I had a Lawn Boy prior to this mower for 10 years and had no problems. Will the company stand behind this issue, and send me two replacement wheel assembly #408852X421? If not I would be very disappointed, since I take care of my mowers, and now this was not from abuse.

It is very loud when motor off and moving it manually. Where or what should I look for? Is it still okay to use? It started after using in an area where there is a lot of debris, dirt, twigs had fallen. Should I check wheels for any debris in drive wheels?

It was front wheel drive and had plastic gears on the front wheels that stripped. We do use it a lot. We were just looking at the Pro 675, does it have the same type of plastic gears on the front wheels--or is it different to last longer?

I have a complaint about the fact that grass builds up in the rear of the mover by the rear door at the opening for the bag. As a result of this buildup, every so often it drops a clump of grass on the lawn. After mowing it looks like the mower left piles of *** everywhere. Why can the rear door have a larger protrusion to close off this gap?
