Parts Question posted September 13, 2011 by William Edwards
    Question:
I have a Husqvarna 224L and would like to attach a grass cutting blade. According to the diagram on the shaft and the first portion of the owner's manual this in not an option. However, further in the book it explains how to attach a blade. On the Husqvarna website there is also a grass blade listed under accessories for the 224L. But when you look at what models the blade fits, 224L is not listed. Lowes sales a brush cutting kit which has a grass blade (not like the one pictured on husqvarna's website) but states it will only fit models 123 and 223L.

Is there such a kit or blade that I can purchase. I really only need to cut tall reed like grass in a wet land area. No small trees or anything.

    Thanks.

    Question:
I purchased a 223L trimmer earlier this year, great product with lots of power. Is there a brush head for this model? Have not been ableto find one to match up.If not why? this machine has more than enough power, and most of the smaller, cheaper models have options for the brush cutters. Is there an adpter part that I am missing in my research?
    Thanks

    Question:
I have a 128LD string trimmer and need to get some replacement line. I can't find anywhere what size to buy - I saw a question explaining why Husqvarna does not put this info in the owner's manual - but can someone tell me the correct size line to buy?

Parts Question posted May 2, 2012 by Sean Coakley
    Question:
I have a Husqvarna 128CD. The trimmer head popped off. I ordered a T25 head to replace it and found that the dust cup apparently came off as well. The threaded screw at the end of the shaft is of a much smaller diameter than the T25 head so I'm not sure a dust cup would even make a difference in attaching the head. In any event I am having a hard time finding this dust cup part at any of your dealers.

I have attached a picture of the tag on the unit. As you can see it is scratched so I can't figure out what exactly the SN is.

Can you help me or am I going to replace this with a non-Husqvarna unit?

    223L: Trimmer Head T25 or T35? Operator's manual...2
Parts Question posted May 27, 2015 by Mischul Brownstone
    Question:
    223L: Trimmer Head T25 or T35?
Operator's manual 545186711 Rev. 2 12/17/10 shows instructions for winding string on the trimmer head at the back of the manual for various trimmer heads. The two possible relevant trimmer heads for my 223L are the T25 and T35.
The only difference shown between these two is in the thickness ranges and lengths of the string.
    T25: 18' long; .079" - .095" thickness.
    T35: 28' long; .095" - .106" thickness.
A photo of part of the T35 page is uploaded.
How do I determine which one is for my trimmer?

Parts Question posted October 30, 2011 by Steve Sabin
    Question:
I own a Husqvarna 223L, purchased for Father's Day this year and am trying to identify what spool head shipped with the unit from the factory. I know it is not an S35, because it has a protruding blue bump head, but past that can cannot identify it.

I looked in the manual, but cannot tell whether my spool head is a T25, T35, or T35X. How can I determine which one I have? I also kept the original retail box, but it did not indicate the spool head either.

At some point, I may purchase the S35 head, so I can reload the string faster (unless I'm missing something with the head I have now...I find it a hassle to have to disassemble it and loop the string over the hook and manually wind). For now, I simply want to know what head is on the unit so I can determine whether it can use 80 mil line max or 95 mil line or 106 mil line. The manual is vague as the T25, T35, and T35X appear visually identical, and there are no markings anywhere on the head to identify it that I can see other than some 7-digit part numbers.

Thanks in advance. I looked at the T35X on the husqvanra website and it appears to have a white inner spool piece, blue bump button, and black shell. Mine looks similar but has a black inner spool piece.

    Question:
I recently bought on line, a Husqvarna Model 120000, wheeled weedtrimmer, 22 inch, however, the throttle will not allow me to pull it all of the way to off, remains in slow motor mood.
Only way to turn it off is to pull the spark plug.
