General Product Question posted October 9, 2011 by Steve K
    Question:
150BT vs. 350BT--When someone else recently asked what is the difference between these two blowers, the answer given was

    >>The primary differences were shrouding, decals and the blower tubes / nozzles.<<

I am considering purchase of these models. However, the answer didn't really make it clear what the differences are. My questions are:
--In saying that the differences "were," do you mean that one of these models has been discontinued? If so, which one?
--What are the differences in the shrouding and the blower tubes/nozzles, and what is their effect when you are using these models?
--Why do these two models have different cfm and air speed ratings?
--Which model is better, and why?

    Thank you very much.

    Question:
Is there a difference between the 580 BTS and BFS other than where the trigger is mounted? On your website it states there is no antivib, air injection and air purge on the BFS but there is on the BTS. If they are not the same Why?

General Product Question posted September 24, 2011 by Jeff Shafer
    Question:
I'm considering buying a Husqvarna blower (125B or 125BVX). All I want is a blower, but the 125BVX is said to have "Smart Start" and the 125B doesn't. For someone who doesn't want the vac package, is it worth paying the extra $40 for Smart Start?
    Thanks!

    Question:
Difference betweem the Husky 150 BT and 350 BT: The explanation for difference between the Husky 350BT and the 150 BT was the shroud and blower tubes. Can you advise if the the 350BT is more efficient in blowing leaves because of the 494 CFM's ? Or are both machines equal in performance ?

General Product Question posted November 13, 2011 by Joe Wallace
    Question:
I own a Husqvarna 130BT backpack blower, and am looking for a gutter attachment for it. I noticed that Husqvarna makes a gutter attachment part #952 71 19-18, but it is not listed for the 130BT. My question is if the tubes for this gutter attachment would fit on the tube for the 130BT. I would much rather stand on the ground with a tube than climb on my roof with the blower.....Are there any other gutter kits that would fit the 130BT??

    Thanks in advance...

General Product Question posted October 2, 2013 by Kathleen Loudon
    Question:
I just purchased a 125B blower. I have a question regarding the information in the manual on fuel/oil mix ratio. I plan to use ethanol-free gas and synthetic oil. I have a 2.6 oz 2 cycle synthetic blend bottle that I usually mix for my weed eater. Husqvarna says that the ratio for this blower should be 50:1. The little bottle says "suitable for use to safely mix in any of today's two cycle engines that require a 50:1, 40:1, 32:1 or 16:1 mix ratio". How can that be true? If you mix something 50:1 it is definitely NOT 40:1, so should I put more gasoline into the container to make sure it is 50:1? I guess I would have to do a math calculation, but I wanted to check with you first. It is confusing. I know I should've probably spent the extra money on the Husqvarna oil but they only had LARGE bottles for sale and I was short of money after purchasing the blower. Thanks for any light you can shed on this problem.

General Product Question posted March 27, 2012 by James Knopp
    Question:
I'm researching the market for a back pack blower and want the best on the market. So far I have narrowed it down to the Husquvarna 580BTS and the Sthil BR600 Magmum. The 570 BTS has more wind speed from the tube than the 580BTS,236 vs 206.2 mph. Why does the cheaper model have a greater windspeed? I called customer support and I asked 3 questions and got "I don't know" each time instead of trying to find someone whom may of been able to help. I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy a 580BTS, but if the customer support is not behind your products, then I may have to buy a Sthil.
Also, I am a retired military veteran and the 580BTS is listed at $549.95. None of the dealers offer discounts. Could
Husquvarna offer me a small discount on this model?
