Service & Maintenance Question posted August 24, 2012 by Mark Williams in Husqvarna: Ask & Answer > Zero Turn Mowers public
I purchased a PZT 5224 last summer it currently has 80 hrs on it, it recently has developed an unusual noise coming from the hydro [I think] it runs fine just has this rumbling noise when operating with or without PTO engaged almost sounds like a bearing?? also at 60 hrs I noticed both belts need to be replaced, this is my fourth Husqvarna ZT. and my sevicing deale HAHA I have not even notified them [yet] this mower has never been outside overnight, and I am sure it will sit in their outdoor storage I did not pay 8000.00 for a mower to sit outside, not even in a secure storage. I am Very disgusted. Oh yeah and the dealer was supposed to register it for warranty along with the two husqvarna bacpacks 580's... I will bet that never happened.

As you all realize, it is almost Labor Day Weekend, people...escalated
Warranty Question posted August 28, 2012 by Mark Williams in Husqvarna: Ask & Answer > Zero Turn Mowers public
    Question:
As you all realize, it is almost Labor Day Weekend, people wan't their yards to look nice and so forth, But when you have a broken down 2011 PZT5224 and a servicing dealer says it could be at least a couple of weeks, and Husqvarna doesn't give a rats behind, ie: service bulletin about this problem see pic below. You have to take matters in your own hands, So an individual does not lose friends and or customers. You fix the piece of ---- so you can mow, you then contact the Better business bureau and file a complaint 87 hrs on this zero turn the selling dealer did not register it with the manufacturer like they said they would, [maybe if it was registered I would have known about this service issue] and Husqvarna customer service is so noncaring it makes me sick
