Then why does the parts distributor say it is not available?
The first problem I encountered is out of the 10 or service centers in my area listed on your web site only one will do warranty work on Weedeater. He said he spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to locate the transmission with no luck.
Can you tell me of a Husqvarna branded dealer or service center in the Nampa, Idaho area who will do warranty work on the Weedeater One? Or do I have to call everyone listed on the web site again?
I tell you, at this point my experience tells me Weedeater warranty service is almost non-existent. Please give me concrete information I can use to talk to the service center and this problem solved. Many, if not most, of the service centers listed will do do work on Weedeater products, but will not do warranty work. I shouldn't have to pay $300 to buy the part to fix my mower.
Louie, did you get the machine fixed? If so, please tell me where your service center was able to find the transaxle part. My service center can't find anyone who can get it for him.
Please give us the number for the service center to call. My WE One needs a new transaxle and the service center cannot make contact with anyone who can supply him the part.
Sears Parts Direct shows the part number for this wheel to be 428269X613 which is on backorder. This is a substitute part # for the part # shown in rev 10 of the Weedeater One parts list. Part # 532428269, the one you give, does not show up in a search at all.
There is a disconnect somewhere. In my experience Sears Parts Direct is always quite up to date in their part # listings. Maybe the reason there is inventory in multiple locations is you guys have the parts stored under the wrong # and no one can order them!!
The service center who has my Weedeater One cannot find anyone in the Husqvarna parts distribution system who has or can get the 532436144 transaxle service kit. Please send me a good contact phone number he can call to get the part. Nobody at the numbers on the Weedeater web site can tell him where he can get it.
It appears Husqvarna does not want to acknowledge there is a problem with the transaxle and is just hoping he, and I, the owner, will just go away.
