I'm not going to take a mower I have owned for less than 2 weeks to a service center. I am taking it back to Home Depot for a refund. Quality products should not need service for years. Thank you for answering but I would certainly not mark this answer complete yet - this product line has electrical issues - and some quality control needs to be initiated at your production facility. This was a major headache for me to get the unit home and now to take it right back to the store.
I disconneced the sensor wires from the engine and the unit pull-started immediately. I don't have the patience for this - it's going back to Home Depot.
