I would like to get my rider repaired under warranty before it ends? Last sept. I contacted you and you gave me a name of an authourized repair shop.After 6 months of calls between them and I calling you,the shop was able to replace the defective parts.But when the same problem continued,and he called your people,they said they would send him a repiar kit, but he wasn't an authorized Dealer. But if he wanted to become one,they would send it to him.So you have authorized repair shops , and aruthorized dealers .This is all very confusing. I would like you to fix my rider and not be charged for it. Please3 help[ me out. Thanks . David J. Miller
