    I have a Model HU675AWD; I purchased it on 6/29/14; up until this point it has worked great! I cannot get it to start because the starter pull line just pulls right out (with no tension) as if it is no longer connected. I have a 3 year warranty, but the retail store I purchased it from (Lowe's) said it has to handled by Husqvarna; I contacted a local dealer that sells Husqvarna equipment & they said they only perform warranty work on equipment they sell. Is this not an issue the 3 year warranty should cover??

      Sounds like passing the buck game.

      Since I am not dealer I don't know why it is so hard for customers to get warranty work performed but I do hear it a lot that dealers will only service what they sell and will not honor Husqvarna warranty on equipment sold by others dealers or online purchases.

      Contact customer service @ 1-800-487-5951 to see if they refer you to service center that can handle your problem.
