I tried to register my 455 Rancher Chain saw on your on line...escalated

Question:

I tried to register my 455 Rancher Chain saw on your on line registration and always recieved an error message when I clicked submit. Why is that. Also call customer service and when I hit the # 2 always recieved a busy signal. I called during normal business hours.

Please advise.
