Question:
On 3/27/2011 I purchased a 7021P lawnmower from the local Ace Hardware store. A few weeks ago I noticed that one of the front wheels was starting to point outwards and discovered that the metal in the deck near the wheel had developed a crack which is causing the metal to bend. What do I need to do to get this repaired under the warranty since the mower is less than 2 years old?
I have tried to ask the store about the work, and their response was to take it to a service center, which I have no idea where one is. I also tried to phone your service department at least 5 times and have either gotten a message that doesn't do anything, or cut off. Right now I am not very happy with the service I am receiving on this issue and am beginning to feel that the warranty is worthless or will cost me more money to use the warranty than I paid for the mower.
