Hello,
I purchased HU700L walk behind mower from Lowe's in July 2012. In the box, there was a coupon for a free rear discharge chute once registration completed. I registered my mower a year ago and still have not received the rear discharge chute. My mower serial number is: 060911M 008247. Confirmation Number when I registered the product is: 120710-003759.
Please send this chute ASAP since I really need it this summer and its a year later.
