    Question:
    I purchased an RZ4824 Zero Turn Mower in August 2012. Since that date, I have had two ongoing issues with the mower, and have been unable to get any assistance.

    1. When engaged, there is a terrible vibration in the mower deck drive.

    2. The mower consistently leaves sprigs of grass behind. This occurs with new blades or freshly sharpened blades and at full throttle.

    The dealer I purchased the mower from no longer sells Husqvarna products and has told me that I will have to deal directly with Husqvarna. I am tired of being jerked around regarding these issues. The problems have occurred since Day 1, and I want my mower repaired.
