I have a YTH22V46. Will this tractor tow a cart/trailer without damaging the transmission?
If yes, is there a weight limit suggested as maximum load to avoid damage to the transmission?

I just purchased a YTH22V46 riding mower from Lowes they gave me a dump cart free but I don't see anywhere to couple it do you have to knock out that pin on the hitch?

Thank you for your answer. I have contacted the manufacturer of the transmission for that model. The tech that I talked to told me that the transmission is not designed to tow heavy loads. He recommended not using the tractor to tow heavy loads because it will shorten the life of the transmission. My wife and I decided that we would continue to use the two wheel barrows we have and get some of the exercise we need that way. Hope this helps you out.
