Question:
Why is there a 2-year warranty on the Weedeater WE EL-13TNE 13" Electric Trimmer? I purchased one at Wal-Mart last summer and the cap from the string spool broke and flew off. I ordered a new cap at a cost of about $17. That broke and flew off after a month. Besides that the string guard that holds the blade that cuts off the line came unscrewed from vibrations. I repaired that myself and it never came off again. I'm very unhappy with this product. I had an older model of Black and Decker weedeater that lasted for years. Is there a reliable string trimmer on the market for $60? This one is definitely not reliable and I will not recommend it to anyone.
